fresh arugula all year

If you only have space for a pot on your balcony , terrace or garden , you can still grow arugula all year around , enough for 2 people, harvesting two or three times a week.  I have done it.

In Europe I suppose that narrows down to the freeze- free months . And you can also grow kale in a pot . I  saw that in Kauai.

Today’s herb harvest

I have so many different cooking herbs and this year the pots were overflowing so I stuff them in bags and give them away to our friends at morning coffee and use them as salad, throwing in the bowl big bunches of fresh basil, parsley, oregano to mix in with the other greens .
