The Feline Flick tutorial

Finally a super simple tutorial from my gal Charlotte Tilbury , where you can learn how to paint your eyes like Cleopatra……well, not really, but the version of the cat eye that you can wear every day and not feel like a tramp or a crazy woman.

It is a chic smouldering look that i find looks good on anyone. really, true dat !        I had my sister and her friends try it and they looked gorgeous .
